At Economic Food, we are committed to providing you with the groceries at the best value. To ensure fairness and food safety, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. General Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
Proof of Purchase: An original invoice must be presented for all transactions.
Product Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within three (03) days from the date of the invoice.
2. Refund Methods
Please note that refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
Items purchased via vouchers, credit cards, or credit sales are not eligible for cash refunds. These will be refunded through the original payment channel or as store credit.
3. Inspection & Disputes
We encourage all customers to verify their orders promptly to resolve any issues quickly:
Invoice & Quantity: Any discrepancies regarding the invoice amount or product quantity must be reported within one (01) business day from the invoice date. If no notification is received, the delivery and invoice details will be considered accepted.
Quality & Freshness: Since we deal with perishable goods, customers must inspect products upon delivery. Please notify us within one (01) day of delivery regarding any quality or freshness concerns.
4. Invoice Accuracy
To ensure your records are correct:
Pre-Printing Verification: Customers are advised to verify all details (Name, VAT Number, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.) before the original invoice is printed.
Post-Printing Policy: Once the original invoice has been printed, no changes or amendments will be permitted
